Together with SoapQueen, AI Worklab developed Queeny: our own digital assistant for customers of De Online Zeepwinkel. Queeny is fully tailored to our product range, our way of working and the personal service our customers are accustomed to. The assistant answers frequently asked questions, helps customers find the right information more quickly and is active on both our Dutch and English-language webshops.
In addition, AI Worklab provides training in AI literacy. This teaches employees not only what possibilities AI offers, but above all how to use this technology safely, consciously and effectively.
